Because of the expected number of attendees, registration will begin at 5:00pm. When you check in you will receive your instructions on your seat(s) locations. A cash bar, cocktail social will take place in the foyer and terrace near the Grand Ballroom. We ask our guests to kindly review the suggested attire for this event, as detailed below.

A cocktail and photography hour will commence between 5pm-6pm in the foyer and terrace near the Grand Ballroom. Ballroom doors will open 15 minutes before the ceremony. We ask that our guests find their seats as soon as the ballroom doors open; the ceremony will begin promptly at 6:15pm.

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:15pm and will last about an hour. An official military ceremony will commence, followed by a cake cutting event, and wrap up with an address from our Guest of Honor. A southern style buffet will be served immediately following the Guest of Honor’s remarks.

Guests are treated to a feast of savory and comforting flavors, featuring classic dinner, accompaniments, and dessert options. This elegant buffet option was specifically designed to combined culinary excellence, social interaction, variety of choice, and efficiency to enhance our guests’ experience.
